• Name, email, phone number, and delivery / billing addresses.
• Order details (products purchased, quantities, prices, tax invoices).
• Payment references — we do not store credit-card numbers. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and PayPal; we only receive the payment transaction ID.
• eBay buyer usernames and delivery details for orders placed through eBay.
• Site usage data (page views, referrers, error logs) — anonymised where possible and used only to keep the site running.

• Process, fulfil, and dispatch your orders.
• Provide invoices, quotes, and warranty support.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping tracking, invoices).
• Comply with Australian tax, consumer, and record-keeping law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use it for advertising other companies' products. We do send occasional emails about our own products and promotions — you can opt out of these at any time using the unsubscribe link in every marketing email.

Only the third parties strictly needed to run the business:

• Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal receive your payment details when you check out.
• Shipping carriers: Australia Post, Direct Freight Express, Transdirect, and other carriers we use for delivery receive your delivery name, address, phone number, and parcel details.
• eBay: when you buy through our eBay listings, order and delivery data flows through the eBay marketplace under their own terms.
• Government and regulators: when we are legally required (e.g. tax office audit, court order).

We do not sell your data to marketing companies or data brokers.

The site uses only the cookies needed to remember your shopping cart and keep you signed in. We use basic aggregated analytics to see how many people visit each page — this data is anonymised and not linked to your personal profile.

Order records, tax invoices, and related communications are retained for seven (7) years to satisfy Australian tax law. Marketing preferences and account profile data are retained until you close your account or ask us to delete them.

When an eBay buyer closes their eBay account, eBay notifies us via their Marketplace Account Deletion API. On receipt of a notification we scrub the identifiable buyer details from our records — buyer username, buyer eBay ID, shipping address, and billing address — while retaining the anonymised order shell so we can meet tax and refund obligations.

You can, at any time, contact us to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations).
• Opt out of marketing emails.
• Make a privacy complaint. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text; where we use passwords they are stored hashed. Access to the admin systems is restricted to authorised staff and, where sensitive, restricted by IP allowlist.
